1. Enrollment and Course Access

  • Eligibility: To enroll in our courses, you must be at least 18 years old and meet the necessary prerequisites as specified in the course details.

  • Course Access: Upon successful enrollment and payment (or installment agreement), you will be granted access to the course materials. Access is provided for the duration of the course as per the course schedule.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refund Policy:

    • We offer a 7-day refund policy after enrollment. You may request a full refund if you decide to cancel your enrollment within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not attended any live classes or accessed course materials.

    • No Refund After 7 Days: After 7 days from the date of enrollment, refunds will not be issued, and all payments will be non-refundable, even if the student has not attended any classes or exams.

  • No Refund After Course Completion: No refund will be provided after course completion or placement assistance has been provided.

3. Attendance and Participation

  • Attendance Requirement: 100% attendance is required to be eligible for course certification and placement assistance. This means you must attend all live sessions or watch the recorded sessions if you miss any live classes.

    • If you miss a class, it is your responsibility to catch up on the missed material. The course content is designed for full participation to ensure maximum benefit.

  • Missed Classes: Students who do not meet the 100% attendance requirement may not be eligible for certification or placement assistance.

  • Assessment: Completion of assessments or exams is required for course completion. Failure to take assessments may result in ineligibility for placement assistance or certification.

4. Placement Assistance

  • Eligibility for Placement: Placement assistance is available only to students who:

    • Complete all course requirements, including 100% attendance and assessments.

    • Achieve a minimum of 90% in the final assessment or course evaluation.

    • Actively engage in placement-related activities such as resume-building workshops, mock interviews, etc.

  • No Guarantee of Placement: While we strive to assist with job placements, Mercury Mentors does not guarantee job placement upon course completion.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Professional Behavior: All students are expected to maintain a professional attitude during the course. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or actions that disrupt the learning environment may lead to disciplinary action or dismissal from the program.

  • Respect for Intellectual Property: Course materials, including lectures, assignments, and exams, are the property of Mercury Mentors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of Course Materials: All content provided by Mercury Mentors, including but not limited to video lectures, presentations, quizzes, and written materials, are the intellectual property of Mercury Mentors and are protected by copyright laws.

  • Student Content: Students may submit assignments, projects, or other materials during the course. By submitting content, students grant Mercury Mentors the right to use, share, and display this content for educational and promotional purposes.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal Information: Mercury Mentors collects personal information from students during enrollment, including but not limited to name, email address, and payment information. This information is stored securely and used only for course-related communication and administrative purposes.

  • Data Sharing: We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law or for the purpose of providing services (e.g., placement agencies).

8. Payment and Fees

  • Payment Terms: Payment for courses must be made in full before the start of the program unless a payment plan is agreed upon in advance. Mercury Mentors may provide services even without full payment of the fee, but the course will be discontinued if the full payment is not made by the agreed-upon deadline.

    • Late Fees: A late fee of [X%] may be charged if payment is not received by the agreed-upon due date.

    • Non-payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to course materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Mercury Mentors is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of course materials, attendance, or any job placement activities. Students are responsible for their own decisions, including job applications and career choices.

  • Force Majeure: Mercury Mentors is not responsible for delays or failure to perform under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technological issues.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws

  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws .

11. Modifications to Terms

  • Mercury Mentors reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled students, and the updated Terms will be posted on the website.
