At Mercury Mentors, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes a course may not meet your expectations. Please review our refund policy below:

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of course purchase.

  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

  • The course is not marked as "Non-refundable" at the time of purchase (e.g., limited-time workshops, downloadable content).

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Courses purchased during promotional offers or discounted sales

  • Courses that are fully accessed or completed

  • Subscription plans after the billing cycle has started

  • Customized training programs or mentorship sessions

  • Your full name

  • Email ID used for purchase

  • Course name

  • Reason for the refund request

Once verified, we will process the refund back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Any applicable transaction charges, currency conversion fees, or payment gateway deductions may be subtracted from the refund amount.

If a course or session is cancelled by us due to technical, scheduling, or instructor-related issues, you will receive a 100% refund or an option to transfer enrollment to another course.
